TERMS AND CONDITIONS

• Terms and Conditions: All Payments are due upfront before the session
  begins; packages are pre-paid and due before the first session
• Advance Payment: Once you select a package and click on the link, you will be directed to instructions to pay online.
• Session Time Change Policy: I attempt to accommodate changes in dates or times to your schedule as they come up. However, I do request that you notify me 8 hours in advance as a courtesy.
• Cancellation Policy: If a major life or health situation arises and requires you to cancel the program, I will provide a refund on a pro-rata basis based on the number of unused sessions. Keep in mind that hypnotherapy or life coaching can be done over a video conference call/internet or by regular phone/cell phone. It is not required to be in person to benefit from hypnotherapy and life coaching.

You will be sent a DocuSign document to electronically sign before your first session begins. I will not be able to provide any of my services to you until that legal agreement has been signed. You will only need to sign it once, regardless of the number of packages and future services you sign up for.

Once you have paid for a package and have signed the DocuSign agreement,
you will be provided a link to schedule your sessions.
