"TUNING INTO THE RHYTHM OF THE MUSIC"

Welcome to day 5 of my 7-day meditation series.


Today our meditation is all about using music to connect with your higher self and return back to a calm and relaxed state. Today we will be tuning into the rhythm of the music.


For this meditation, you will want to stand or sit and have an unobstructive area around you, so you can have the freedom to move your body to the beat of the music.


This is one of my favorite meditations and I hope you find it fun. Connecting to your higher self can be done in many different ways AND there are many choices on how to meditate.

Meditation is not just about sitting quietly with your legs in a crossed position and your hands on your thighs, palms turned up. Meditation can take many forms and this form, that I will be sharing with you today, is an active meditation that moves your body.

Still you benefit by focusing your mind and body to become present in the moment and in this case, it is done with music.
