"TUNING INTO YOUR BODY"

Welcome to day 4 of my 7-day meditation series.

 

Today our meditation is all about tuning into and being present with your body.

Why is this important?

 

Meditating is partly about listening to your body, meaning, it is about paying close and quiet attention to what you are feeling in your body. Most people don’t quiet their minds enough to focus on the little stuff that is going on inside their body.

 

Instead, they wait until their body is literally screaming at them with major illnesses or ailments. By paying attention to the subtleties in the body, you are often able to avoid major issues further down the path.

 

This takes practice and the more often you do this type of meditating, the easier it becomes to tune into your body.
