The first session with a new client is always a coaching session. This allows us to go into a deeper understanding of the prevailing issue at hand.
Coaching sessions may also be used intermittently during long-term client interactions.
Coaching sessions allow the client to fully express themselves in a conscious state of mind. Often a process will be used to help the client transform various areas of their life.
A Hypnotherapy Trance session is best done while the client is lying down. The client is guided into a relaxed state in order to gain access to the subconscious mind. The client will feel awake, is always in control, and will remember what was discussed. No one can be hypnotized against their will, the subconscious mind won't allow that to happen.
When the client embraces the process of hypnotherapy and gains access to their own subconscious mind, the client achieves insights about themselves and about the prevailing issue. When the client is in a hypnotic trance, the power of suggestion and imagery is used to provide positive changes that work toward achieving the client's goal.
Voice dialogue is a hypnotherapy tool that is used to speak to the various sub-personalities that are within us and are often holding us back from changing our behaviors and beliefs. Voice dialogue sessions are conducted while the client is awake in a conscious level. This is very effective in understanding what drives our behavior. Examples of our common personalities are:
"Pusher" that part of you pushing you to do more, be more.
"Procrastinator" that part of you that puts off the task or deadline until later.
"Perfectionist" that part of you that strives for everything to be perfect.
"Pleaser" that part of you always trying to please others.
"Rule Maker" that part of you that needs to follow the rules and pushes others to obey.
"Criticizer" that part of you always find fault with yourself.
"Judger" that part of you that is continually judging others and seeing their faults.
There are many others as this is just a list of a few.
Neuro-linguistic programming (NLP) is a hypnotherapy tool that is done in a conscious waking state. Often it is done while standing or sitting and involves both physical actions combined with mental and emotional components to achieve a changed result.
NLP is a pseudoscientific approach to communication, personal development, and psychotherapy created by Richard Bandler and John Grinder in California, United States, in the 1970s. NLP was developed to access the connection between neurological processes (neuro-), language (linguistic) and behavioral patterns learned through experience (programming), in order to change and achieve specific goals in life.
