Life/Business Coaching (1-hr):

• $150.00 per session

Life/Business Coaching (2-hr):

• This is also ideal for someone who has an extremely busy schedule and wants to start their progress with small incremental baby steps.
• This program allows you to explore one area of your life or business in a coaching and/or hypnotherapy setting.
• When done as a group (2 or more), this allows you to get in sync with other important people in your life (spouse, partner, family member, employee, boss, co-worker). This allows for stronger and more cohesive relationships.
• When done as a private setting, this allows you to fully focus on your needs and we tailor each session according to your desires.
• We work together to bring harmony and peace back into balance for that area in your life!

What is included:

• Tailor your session to 30-min, 1-hour or 2-hours.
• Sessions are either remote over Zoom from the comfort of your home or in-person if local.
• Includes a recording of each session (at your choice to do so).

Things You Should Know:

• All costs are per person per session.
• There is a two-session minimum for first time clients.
• Purchase as many sessions as you need when you need them.
• These sessions can be scheduled as often during the week, month or year as needed.
• This package allows you to pay as you go when it is convenient for your schedule.
• Because these sessions are customized for your life/business, you can schedule your sessions at a time that is convenient with your schedule.
